Terms of Sale and Website Use

These terms apply to standard HOKEMA product orders placed on hokema.us and fulfilled by We Play Well Together. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Shipping
HOKEMA kalimbas and Sansulas are stocked in California. We need one business day to prepare your order and will notify you promptly if an ordered item is not in stock. Shipping charges depend on the carrier and selected service. For international shipments, contact us for a shipping quote before we can confirm your order. Returns and Refunds
You may cancel a standard HOKEMA order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the item. Contact Gabriele Schwibach at office@weplaywelltogether.com or +1 707 972-0196 within that period. All returns require prior authorization and a return label generated through our official return system. Use the return address on the label.

We refund the purchase price and original standard shipping charges, deducting return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies to standard HOKEMA orders. Refunds are issued without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Damaged Products
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Promptly report damage with a description and photographs of the package and product to office@weplaywelltogether.com. For damaged items, we offer a full refund including original standard shipping charges, replacement, or repair within 30 days of receipt, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
